The Creekside Home is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay. It’s ideally located near excellent shopping, a variety of restaurants, and, of course, stunning beaches where you can take in breathtaking sunsets. We’re also conveniently close to local wineries, Lake Lopez, and the charming Village of Arroyo Grande. This coastal retreat features a spacious, second-floor walk-up with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a BBQ grill.
Nestled next to a peaceful creek, the home offers a clean, comfortable, and beautiful setting. The patio includes a BBQ area surrounded by mature trees and foliage. In addition, there are two other rental units on the property, including the Tropical Retreat and Cozy Cottage, which accommodates 6-8 people—rent both for even more space!
Don’t forget, you can also visit and feed our friendly goats—Callie, Kalu, and Willow! We provide crackers for them, and they even have their own social media page. They’re also gearing up for their own book series—something they’re quite excited about!

Nestled by the creek, the home features two decks where you can enjoy peaceful coastal evenings. There’s also a nearby field for walking, as well as basketball courts and a hockey arena. Just a short drive from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, you can explore local restaurants and shops! Pismo Beach is only 5 miles away, and the beautiful Avila Beach is just 11 miles from the retreat. You’ll also find many wineries, beaches, boutique shops, and restaurants to explore.
For adventure lovers, Lopez Lake offers a zip line and ropes course just 10 miles down the road. Guests have full access to the house and the large backyard with a creek. Plus, it’s just a short walk or drive to the quaint, historic Village of Arroyo Grande!
Our Cozy Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath beach bungalow that offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for 4-6 guests. Located less than 15 minutes from several beautiful beaches, award-winning wineries, and more, it’s the ideal spot to experience the best of the Central Coast! The quaint Village of Arroyo Grande is within walking distance, and both Pismo Beach (5 miles away) and Avila Beach (just 10 miles away) are nearby.
You’ll have access to the entire bungalow, including the BBQ and patio! Just a short walk will take you to the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, with its lovely wineries, cafes, and restaurants. We also have two rental units on the property, so you can rent both the downstairs Cottage and our upstairs unit, which together can accommodate up to 16 people in the 7 bedrooms.
