Barbara Reaume understands the drive to own a home; she draws from 30+ years of experience as an established realtor. As a young mother she knew she needed to find a home that would fit her growing family. With property values increasing at the time, she also saw the benefit of a home as a financial investment. The process of buying the first home for the family sparked her enthusiasm for real estate so much that in 1982 she became a Realtor and joined Coldwell Banker in Pasadena. When the family moved to a 350-acre ranch in San Luis Obispo County, Barbara expanded her real estate experience to include ranches and vineyards.
Her career with Coldwell Banker in Montecito involves counseling clients on the sale and purchase of property in Santa Barbara, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria. Her clients appreciate that she is never in a rush; personal experience has shown her how much time it can take to make the right decision about such a huge investment.
